    Do Bosses Count In The Void?

    I'm trying to unlock the D20 by defeating Blue Baby with Isaac, but I've already got a very strong start and wanted to know if I went into The Void, would defeating enemies like The Lamb and Blue Baby count towards their respective completion marks?

    The existing alt-paths should be expanded before new ones are added

    Currently, between them, the alternative floors added in Afterbirth (Burning Basement, Flooded Caves, Dank Depths, Scarred Womb) have 15 unique enemies between them, and no unique bosses. They can only be accessed by chance, and are prone to changing between floors. While I'm glad new major content is added to the game, I think the focus should be on improving elements like this over adding new stuff.

    I have Afterbirth+ on PC, but now I want to unlock Keeper with Glowing Hour Glass trick. I know that it doesn't work on Afterbirth+, so I want to change version on Steam to Afterbirth. Will it erase or keep my progress in Afterbirth+ if I will unlock Keeper?

    I had the most fun game with Dr. Fetus, when I found Pyromaniac. I didn't have heart containers, though but managed to find Bucket Of Lard.
