    Does Afterbirth+ restart your save from afterbirth?

    Even though I still haven't got afterbirth I still want to know if afterbirth+ restarts your save files from regular afterbirth. If so is there still a way to get the save files onto afterbirth+? (sorry for the dumb question😅)

    I've played Isaac off and on for the last year or so I'm not super good and I haven't done everything, I've beaten mega satan and delerium, i just sorta played it casually. I recently decided I want to go for platinum god. But there is so much to do idk where to start. Where should I start? what should I practice? What's the hardest thing to do? What's the easiest? I'm really just intimidated by the whole thing.

    I've found out that after playing a lot of afterbirth+ that red hearts late games are pretty useless. At some points I get so much red hearts in the game early on that I just am hoping so much to get a devil deal so I can get rid of the heart containers for something useful, I end up using soul hearts and black hearts more and usually cling to items like crystal ball or satanic bible as reliable ways to get them if I find them. I feel like black hearts are the best simply because they kill enemies if you lose them which is why I think it is harder to find them than health up pills, items, and other stuff. If I have too many red heart containers late game and end up losing them it becomes very hard to find red hearts to refill making me more vulnerable to death. Do you have problems with red hearts as well? Cause for me they tend to become useless after I beat mom

    A way to break the game.

    I'm not sure is this common knowledge but in the chest/darkroom you can break the game if you have 9 volt, AAA battery(the trinket.)Not sure of the real name. and d7. With this combo you can Start a room over and over again and get infinite items. Becose infinite rooms means infinite chests.
