    What if dr fetus (super meat boy) is Isaac in some parallel universe and you are playing as his mom/dad to abort him. (Killing dr fetus) I suck at this stuff so someone else can expand this theory. Criticism welcomed!

    either mods bugged this item for me, or noone mentioned this before (its not on the wiki) but if you hold the first part of the broken shovel AS the forgotten (not that you ever would), moms stomps go crazy. like its literally an assault and impossible to survive. it stomps like every second.

    edit: i gave myself pyromancer to not get killed by it and finished a run. nothing special happened. so i guess it really is just a challenge

    I was normally playing the game and I successfully beat mom's heart and got the ending normally, but when I tried to play a new run the whole file restarted and I had nothing unlocked (I play on the PS4) is this a bug? And is there any way to fix it?

    Edit: Nvm it fixed it self, but now instead of a drawning of the moms heart it's appearing an Isaac with a big head

    I beat moms heart 10 times and nothing happened, i checked the bestiary and it confirms i have. i play on switch so i can't cheat him in. does anyone have a fix?
