    I have spent more time in this game on Switch than I'd like to admit. I completed my first save file and did all the hard stuff on my second save file (all post-its, all challenges, etc). In the buildup for Repentance, I wanted to get 3 Million % so I would be as ready as possible for the huge expansion.

    Then the PAX streams dropped and it sounded like there would be a huge delay for the Switch version, if we got it at all. I remained optimistic, and welcomed a little more time to triple-complete my current copy.

    Then the exposé on Nicalis and its implications for Isaac dropped. This is where my crest fell and shattered. Edmund said this wouldn't impact the planned Repentance release, but it would mean he would stop working with Nicalis going forward. And Kilburn said that porting Repentance to Switch would take work beyond the scope of the planned PC release. So it pretty much means no Repentance for Switch. Ever. Unless Edmund can pry the rights from Nicalis, or unless Nicalis does the porting in-house without the original developers. I'm not holding my breath either way. I completely understand why the developers would distance themselves from Nicalis, given these events. It just bums me out that the Switch version is a casualty in all of this. And I am not going to start over on another console when I came so far on Switch.

    Since there is probably nothing I can really prepare for, I don't have any motivation to fill out my other save files. Afterbirth seems to be the end of the line for Switch, and I already conquered everything in Afterbirth.

    It doesn't help that my skill at the game seems to have plateaued long ago. I thought that giving every challenge and post-it another go-around would sharpen my skills. But that really has not carried over to my ability to streak or complete the troll dailies from hell. (E.g. that Lost one where the ONLY DPS up was a $3 bill). Even if I did want to improve my craft for it's own sake, nothing actual seems to offer meaningful practice. Eden streaks and random streaks have too many wasted gimme seeds to wade through when I just wanted things that would make me better.

    Everything in this game feels pointless to me these days. So I guess I am bowing out for the foreseeable future. I had fun lurking here for the last couple months and discussing Isaac. Bit it increasingly feels like the Switch version will fall further and further behind as PC gets Repentance. I really want to believe in Repentance for Switch. But I just can't.

    Does anyone know, If i can somehow buy afterbirth+ on other place than steam? I bought afterbirth when it came out, so i had no clue that afterbirth + is coming out, and everywhere i look and try to buy just afterbirth+, it's packaged with afterbirth.

    Crooked penny + glowing hourglass

    So I just started an Eden run with crooked penny and schoolbag, the first item room was glowing hourglass (Seed is H9L0 664Z if anyone is interested). So if I use the crooked penny and it fails, than I use glowing hourglass and re-enter the room, if I use crooked penny again is it guarenteeed that it will fail again or is it another 50/50 shot?

    I having Isaac with up to booster pack 1 for a cracked version and I was wondering how I use the debug console to spawn the greed donation machine because every time I enter "spawn 6.11" nothing happens
