Best way to farm secret room items? Posted: 07 Oct 2019 05:54 AM PDT At the moment I try to get 100% on steam and I got everything except 1001% etc. I only need to pick up 4 items and I'm done entirely: ​ Greeds Guellet (secret room pool) Lachryphagy (item room pool) Tech.5 (item room pool) Missing No. (secret room pool) ​ I will reset greed mode to farm for Lachryphargy and Tech.5 but I'm not sure about the best way to get the other two.
