    I'm absolutely terrible at this game, its the only thing I can really play while my internet is going nuts so I've been playing it a lot lately, I think I'm getting better though

    But I had this awesome run, I was Isaac so i was using the D6. I got There's Options and rerolled a fair bit though I didn't bother most of the time, I got The Pact from a curse room and Shielded Tears from a secret room. I had Loki's Horns so I was firing from all directions and from there I got many damage ups till my tears were huge. From a chest, I got Crickets Head and then I was playing around with a beggar and a devil beggar (I had Pyromaniac), after a reroll the devil beggar gave me Cricket's Body. So I'm firing tears from all directions which also have splash damage. Did I mention I was also Leviathan at that point

    I also had Gnawed Leaf, didn't even reroll that, I didn't really have any familiars to take advantage of that though, I didn't care, but it made getting through Isaac's crack the sky a breeze. I was also hoping I could become guppy at some point but for once I didn't care when I didn't. I never expected to get to Delirium but when I beat Isaac the void portal was there and I just had to go for it. He was of course the first boss I came across

    It was insane, I could barely see because my tears were so big and splashing all over the place, he hit me once or twice. Shielded Tears is really the only way to go with this guy.

    Am I correct in thinking I only need to beat him once?
