    I picked up Eve's Mascara on Basement II just to collect the item. I then bumped into Cricket's Head (to give a 3x damage multiplier). That combined with Tech X, Brimstone and Ipecac (for an additional +12 damage) produced a Delirium-worthy opponent

    well i actually sinergied ludovico+ cricket body + parasite and whenever i try to kill something near a rock the game decides to crash xD i cant kill delirium im gonna cry ;-;

    It is as the title says, since I can't seem to find any sort of clue telling me to specifically beat the game using Isaac. Not on the wiki, not explained in videos, nowhere. I just wanna kill Satan mang.
