    Just got the game on PS4. Tips on what to try to unlock first?

    So I've played the game a fair bit back when Afterbirth first dropped and have played some Afterbirth+ on a friend's Switch. I finally got the game for myself and am wondering what challenges/regular runs would be good to go for?

    I just unlocked Azazel, Judas, Samson, Lazarus, and Maggy. I don't have a lot of items unlocked yet but I have beaten Mom's Heart a few times and just unlocked "everything is terrible".

    What are some good items I should go for and how do I unlock them? Are any of the challenges better to avoid?

    I've beaten Hush, I've gone through Mega Satan five times, going through Sheol every time.

    There's never a portal to Delirium!

    I feel like I'm being trolled. I'll have a great run, and bam, nothing. Same standard ending. I've beaten everything in this game I can think of, but there's never any Delirium at the end.

    What could I be missing? I've read the wiki and I check all the boxes.

    Am I just having the worst Isaac luck ever? I just want to beat him, or at least face him, before the new DLC lands.

    With the addition of Afterbirth+ on Xbox One, it got me thinking. Should I buy the $9.99 DLC, or buy everything on steam and start over? I have basically 100% on Xbox but the game crashes less, doesn't lag Spike between rooms and drops, and just runs smoother all around on PC. Thoughts?

    I'm at the trophy room in the Suicide King challenge. But I have two questions before take the trophy.

    01. If I melt Missing Poster trinket with the smelter, can I still unlock The Lost character by sacrificing myself?

    02. If the answer to the first question is yes, is it better to sacrifice myself than taking the trophy and end the challenge?
