    I have all the completion marks for Lilith,i even got it a few months ago, but i was going through my achievements list to see what i need and it shows it as locked and that i never beat boss rush with her.

    Is this a bug or did i miss something?

    Which item is the one that teleports you out of the room when you take damage?

    I looked for it on the wiki, and google, but without the item name I couldn't find it. I need to know what it looks like so I stop picking it up, lol. On my first Blue Womb run, I got Hush down to 25% before I took any damage, and then it teleported me out and I ended up not beating him, and the item is just generally annoying. Thanks in advance.

    Does everyone have and play Afterbirth+?

    I have Afterbirth and played it for about 50 hours, but I'm starting to feel a bit lonely here. Everyone seems to play Afterbirth+. I've heard it's not a very good expansion, yet every video I look up is on Afterbirth+. Is it worth it? Should I get it? What should I realistically expect?

    If I take an item in a devil room for 3 soul heart by forgotten with 3 soul heart and die? or i have only normal form?

    1st floor (not that good): use D6 on treasure room item. Get Crooked Penny. Use on D6. Get two D6's. Use D6. Get SMB Super Fan and Bozo.

    2nd floor: Use D8 you found in treasure room once. Recharge. Use second time. Bomb the Reroll machine. Take Magic Mushroom. Fight the boss. Take Experimental Treatment.

    You now have 12.68 damage and 3 tears in just two floors.

    AB+

    Edit: Use Isaac. Normal mode. 100% save.

    Edit 2: There is Death's touch in third foor devil deal.

    Edit 3: There is a Cracked Crown trinket in a 2-key room in the Scarred Womb II. If you had 2 tears, you'll now have 1. Also a huge damage boost.

    Edit 4: There is Maw of the Void and The Mark in a Scarred Womb II Devil room.
