    Not much more to add. Started playing BoI recently and man am I having a good time but it is also beating the shit out of me.

    Defeating Mega Satan was an almost cathartic experience. Now on to the rest, sorry to bother, thanks for reading.

    But I keep mistaking Common Cold and Sinus Infection to each other.

    Just recently I had Tech X and saw Sinus Infection like "Oh Common Cold, that'll help" and it's booger tears.

    For me I think of the Common Cold as like a booger ball and I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. And Sinus Infection looks like a poisonous droplet, even though it's booger.

    Thought it'd be a cool discussion to have after a discovery i'd made today.

    Having got 10000% on 3 saves across 2 devices, I thought by now I knew of every single good synergy in the game.

    Then today, I got cursed eye as Lilith, which I usually avoid taking under any circumstances, due to curse of the blind. I discovered that it's actually an amazing item for Lilith as it causes her Incubus' damage to essentially triple and has zero downside.

    I love how you can spend so long playing this amazing game and still discover entirely new things you didn't know.

    Anybody else got any cool synergies or items they didn't discover until they'd been playing for a long time?
