    A more balanced look at the Sinvicta situation

    Please keep in mind these allegations were from a video uploaded in June 2019, and are not representative of Sinvicta today, this post was created to give people a place to learn and discuss this topic, not as a place to meet up and hate on Sinvicta.

    Firstly, I will start by linking all videos and reddit threads I will mention in this post, the best way to get all the information will be to watch all videos in their entirety, rather than relying on what I and others say. I will also not be pinning this post as in comparison to the current pins this is quite unneeded on this subreddit.

    Please do not leave any posts about this situation on the Sinvicta subreddit, as those posts are being removed and some people are saying they are being banned for posting about this on his subreddit.

    I should also point out that I personally believe the streak to be faked, but will try to be as unbiased as possible in this post, and will discuss my personal reasoning in the comments

    1. Yesterdays post accusing Sinvicta of cheating, includes video: This post will likely have more comments that my one, so may be a better place to discuss. It also includes the video of the crash which is very important to see
    2. Sinvicta's new Reddit post: He discusses his side and links to the original response video (currently unlisted)
    3. Sinvicta's next Isaac video of the time: This is the longest he speaks about the situation, I will leave timestamps below to the most important parts but please do look at the video and its full content if you have the time
    4. Sinvictas Response: Contains Full game and voiceover audio

    Most of my discussion will be about the reuploaded second take #565 video where he talks in depth about the situation and what it means for the future of his channel

    Here - until around 4 minutes in) he mentions that he will be ending the Eden streak due to the growth of toxicity due to the crash video and that he thinks the streak has become too big a part of his channel when he would rather the focus be on the game and community, rather then the number. He also claims the streak is not important to him and should be ended to get the channel back on track, but will eventually do another streak at some point.(5:15 - 7:00) Similar clips can again be found at: 6:00, 8:00, 9:20, 11:00, 13:30

    Here - to 5:30 he talks about all possible ways he could have responded to the crash upload, where he considered reuploading the crash in its entirety, or reuploading the video with the crash taken out, but ultimately decided on scrapping the video and redoing it, also mentioned at 7:50, 11:45, 19:20

    Here he also mentions various problems he is facing in his personal life, such as sleep and the physical toll his content has on him, also found at

    Here he says in some ways he's happy the video went the way it did as it made him realise the way his channel was going and that things needed to change.

    Here he mentions that for a while, Isaac content was the worst performing content on his channel, but he continued to upload it as it was his favourite game and he liked making videos on it.

    Here - to 13:00) he says that the most disappointing part for him was seeing how quick people were to say they caught him cheating or faking the run. at 15:05 he asks for those who believe he cheated to leave and never return, because they are not welcome.

    Here he says all the money gained from the Isaac content can be taken back, and he would still be making Isaac content, though later on he claims that without the support from views on YouTube and twitch, he would not be able to do what he's doing found here.

    In link 4, sinvicta gives a response to the crash, which includes game and voiceover audio from the original upload, and he says the Isaac .exe crashed but OBS kept recording, which he didn't realise, explaining the lack on commentary when Isaac was down, and that he was frantically trying to relaunch Isaac to check the streak as he was worried he would have to disappoint people by saying the streak was lost to a crash. He didn't mention the crash in the video as he assumed OBS had crashed and would not include footage from before the crash, as this may cause unnecessary panic.

    I created this post as an archive for any people in the future wanting to look into this subject, and to hopefully limit future reposts of this topic in the future, especially during Repentances release.

    Once again please keep all discussion civil and respectful on both sides and report any aggressive messages and me or one of the other mods will remove the comment as soon as we can. I did have to repost this as the last post cut off when I edited it, so if I'm missing any important info let me know.

    Sinvicta's streak is fake (proof)

    The above video just started to resurface. This is the beginning of the run that was deleted because it exposed how he cheats. He uploaded this video and forgot to edit this part out. The video was deleted from his youtube channel within 20 minutes of uploading.

    In the video you see him get an Eden with 18 tear delay and walk into a room with multiple champion fatties. Eventually the screen goes black and the game reboots.

    Unfortunately there is no audio but people who saw the original upload said that Sinvicta did not say a word after the "crash" and just redid his intro like normal when the game rebooted.

    Two key things about what happened in the video.

    1. Before the screen goes black you see Eden stop moving and look at the camera. This is because Sinvicta let go of the fire keys (most likely to exit the game with his mouse).

    2. When Eden stops moving the enemies do not. They are still approaching Eden. The game did not freeze.

    The game reloads and he still has the same win streak, same number of Eden tokens and there is no option to continue.

    Sinvicta backs his save up before each run. If he wins then the video gets posted. If he dies he simply reloads his save and starts again. That would explain why he always seems strangely calm when sitting on half a heart. He is not risking the streak.

    There is a reason why he refuses to stream the win streak file and why he struggles to get over 50 wins on his twitch file.

    Why would he do it? The Eden streak pays his bills.

    This is kinda stupid but eh it's been nagging me.

    Not only are we upstairs in the trailer, but it'd make thematic sense too. Isaac spends the game running further and further from his real fears (the ones that aren't imagined). For a final DLC, it seems fitting that Isaac would finally face his biggest fears and head back upstairs.

    I, for one, hope it's an extra floor or two. Could have some neat enemies up there. Fight undead mom, or god, or sumn.
