    Dorks and dweebs—stop the freaking presses! That's right, baby, I'm back. I was enjoying a fair bit of rest of relaxation, away from the daily grind of...spending 5 minutes posting a new Discussion post. But heck, right after a new patch? I'm sure y'all have had time to sink your teeth into the new goodies, and are raring to discuss. So, discuss we shall. Item Discussion #118, and we're taking a look at the most notable of the new additions. C Section, yo!

    C Section

    Fetus shots

    • Isaac gains a short delay charge attack that fires homing, piercing, spectral fetus tears

    • The fetus tears do Damage equal to Isaac's, about 5 times per second, until they run out of Range

    • The fetuses will automatically fire when Isaac is at full charge, meaning the charge cannot be held

    • Charge rate is determined by the Tears stat, and Fetus size scales with Damage

    • The fetuses slow down upon contacting enemies, making its homing effect more powerful

    Passive Item: Tear Modifier

    Pools: Item Room, Greed Item Room

    Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Lilith

    Metadata: Quality 4, ID 678, Available to Tainted Lost, Summonable
