When my wife says its time to go to bed and to put BoI down for the night.
Doing the delete this challenge and got an item with no cooldown or charge that spawned any type of heart on use and damaged everyone by causing Isaac and any nearby enemies to fart. No tears could reach me.

My legs are burning from a long day of Exercise (I know, who'd've thunk it), but my mind is fresh. It's gotta be, dang it, because we've hit a milestone: merry Item Discussion #150, baby! Oh, the places we've gone, the items we've seen...and soon, on to a new frontier. I'll still be here, of course—I'm me, after all. Sorry, I'm deep down an Avalanches rabbit hole, and I'm sure y'all have an avalanche of things to say about this bad boy, so I'll leave you to it (last one, I promise). Let's talk Death Certificate!

Death Certificate

Where am I?

• On use, transports Isaac to an abandoned, expanded version of Home containing a copy of (almost) every item in the game (pour one out for Death Certificate, Dad's Note, Recall, Hold, passive Democles, and passive Book of Belial). Dailies have Clicker and R Key missing, and Challenges remove character-changing respawns to the mix (Ankh, Judas' Shadow, Lazarus' Rags)

• The layout of the area is randomly generated, and items will show up in ascending order of ID (starting from Flash items, up through Repentance, followed by modded items)

• After touching a pedestal, regardless of how the pedestal was created (so, no Diplopia cheesing), all pedestals in the room are destroyed, and Isaac is returned to the room Death Certificate was activated in

• Death Certificate will always return Isaac to the same area if used on the same floor (without respawning items) though the floor resets on entering a new floor!
