    With the time constraints a game breaking run usually isnt an option. Any tips, tricks or item combos I should look out for to get this done? Thanks everyone

    Hardest completion mark with The Lost?

    I finally have Holy Mantle unlocked and I'm starting the runs. I had a really nice one earlier this morning where I had access to Hush and decided to go for it, continuum tears did me in. Normally you can get hit and readjust if you're off position, but when you only have one (or two) hits, its much harder. I ended up dying when he had like 10% left :(

    Went on to another run and knocked boss rush, Isaac, and ??? out. Not looking forward to Hush or delirium though.

    Need help with this decision in Ultra Hard

    The boss room before mom had book of belial (and 4 blastocysts). I tried going near the exit but it felt very.. sucky.

    Should I try to switch the book back to the placebo I had before? There is also an additional balls of steel pill and a devil beggar outside, and I have placenta.

    But if I get to the void while leaving or going back in again, it's totally over. Though I wonder if delirium is even worse on ultra hard.

    I found that mode soooo difficult and i haven't defeated ultra greedier (Just the normal one) And also any tip to play with the keeper (I already have a the characters unlocked xd)

    I defeated Delirium as The Lost, with only 4.08 damage. Also it's on the glitchy xbox version. Don't ask how, I don't know either.
