    Obviously based on Final Fantasy's Marlboro, it would need Glaucoma, The Virus and Mom's Contacts (or any other paralyzing item) cause Blind, Poison and Petrify are the three most common statuses it inflicts throughout the series, it would give -0.15Speed, +5Range and +3Tears, and it would provide a Dunce Triple shot with all three guaranteed to be one of those statuses (Bad Breath) and I think a tiny Marlboro Isaac would be kinda adorable and slightly terrifying

    Changes i want to see happen when Repentance is realised.

    1. A complete rework of Delirium one of the absolute worst bosses i have ever seen in a game and a complete RNG nightmare.
    2. A complete rework of greed mode and Ultra Greed and Greedier. It's fun to an extent, the main room needs to be way bigger and ultra greed/Greedier is almost as bad as Delirium, not as bad but still and RNG Mob spam fest.
    3. A slight rework of Hush i just the think it's health pool is way too big when you have 27 damage and your barely doing anything to it, it needs to be scaled back.
    4. A complete rework of lilieth. This Character is unplayable for me can not get past first floor on any mode. The succubus should be movable by the player or something because aiming is impossible.
    5. And Rework the loot pools for the challenges a good chunk of items just don't work in most Challenges and essentially makes it to where your only really getting an power up every other to every 2 floors.
