    You are going to have to reroll with the reroll machine in the first item room about 2 to 3 times until you get iron bar, then use the dice room (it's a 1, most of you know it probably means D4) it'll reroll you into a triple shot machine, then the 2nd item room, you have to reroll again with the machine untill you get 20/20, then do the boss rush then you get soy milk, complete the boss rush, and get rubber cement.

    Beat Hush and Delirium but didn't get progress for it.

    As the title says.

    I was playing as Azazel on hard and beat Hush and Delirium but didn't get progress for it. Which sucks.

    I know it was hard because my pause menu was bloody. After I got back to the main menu I checked the progress on Azazel and it says I've only ever beaten Hush and Delirium on Normal mode. (which I'm sure I've done tens of times because I love Azazel.) Does anyone know what happened? The only thing I can think of is I started the run like... 2 weeks ago and just resumed it today. That's the only thing I can think of.

    Now trust me, I'm not opposed to doing another Azazel Hush Delirium run. As I said, I love playing as Azazel. I just want to know what happened.

    EDIT: not a custom seed or a victory lap. Also there was no symbol saying I couldn't unlock achievements.

    I have been trying to get that shit open for more than 10 hours.

    last time i got GooJ or dad's key on any character was like a month ago.

    how can I get the card or get angel rooms reliably?

    (this is the last achievement beside Ultra hard)
