    Got Mom's knife in the first item room and later on I got Mom's eye, the mother transformation, and two dmg ups. Played as Isaac w/ D6.

    I just had my best run EVER

    I was insanely lucky, and it's the best run I've ever had, I think.

    I was Apollyon, and I was going for a Mega Satan run to get the checkmark.

    I started by getting Guppy's Head, followed by Dr. Fetus on floor 2. I got several HP ups and found the trinket that shows tinted rocks, which allowed me to find my first ever Black Market! This got me a full map, and more. Floor 3 I got an Angel Room, and what item did I get? Heh, I got the angel version of Goat Head, so I was guaranteed Mega Satan as long as I could survive.

    Further on, I found a library that got me Book Worm AND Satanic Bible, so I got black hearts for days. I had the Double Charge from the black market, and I got the overcharge battery from the 50+ coins I had.

    I also got a I'm Drowsy pill for BOTH Mega Satan AND Delirium that I also was lucky to be able to get to after the Mega Satan fight.

    Long story short, in the end, I had: Dr. Fetus, Satanic Bible with several battery upgrades, Guppy transformations, Yes Mother transformation, Book Worm transformation, the hoodie that charges your active item when taking damage, homing bombs, guaranteed angel rooms, Sacred Heart, and lots more. It was like everything good was given to me, haha!
