    Game stopped working and nothing fixes it, help

    I have AB+, I used a few mods that changed soundtrack and one that added a few cards, but that's it. It doesn't even open the game to get a black screen, it just... Refuses to open. Isaac-ng stopped working, whenever i open the game, be it through steam or the isaac-ng file in the folder. I don't have discord so it can't be it, i also disabled steam overlay, verified the integrity of game files, messed with the options.ini file with multiple possible versions that i found online, reinstalled the game, deleted all of the folders in "My Games" (The one for Rebirth, AB, AB+ and AB+ Mods) and NOTHING actually worked. Pls how do i fix this, i have over 150 hours of playtime and had finally unlocked the Forgotten, i disabled mods, disabled AB+, even the normal AB being disabled didn't work! It doesn't make any sense, it worked PERFECTLY even with the mods, the game just decided that it wouldn't open anymore. I don't get anything but the "Isaac-ng stopped working" message, it's literally the only game i want to play, but i can't, how do i fix this?

    Edit: also, it isn't even the first time this happened, but this is the first time this happened with AB+. Whenever it happened to Afterbirth, i usually would just give up and uninstall it, then months later, i'd install it again and hope it would work (usually it did). I don't want to wait months for the game to somehow magically fix itself, It doesn't even make sense

    I'm playing Lilith and i got rainbow baby, robo-baby and little steven in the two first floors, that seems kinda absurd

    Edit : Just got brother bobby and mongo baby in the third floor
