    Had a fun bomb synergy run the other day, now I'm wondering about making a challenge run that has tons of bomb synergies, but your main source of damage would be curse of the tower, hence the need for reliable HP regen.

    I DON'T want to use pyromaniac since that just totally breaks everything and makes you invincible, making it not a challenge anymore.

    Most reliable HP I can see that doesn't rely on RNG room drops so far is placenta and charm of the vampire, but those aren't the best, and I've probably forgotten about other items. Any help?

    Howdy,

    I've recently just fully completed the game, gaining all 403 achievements and picking all of the items up (after 1108 hours playtime). I know you need to complete another 2 save files in order to get the 3mil% aesthetic. Is there any other advantage to this other than being a completist? (e.g. a steam achievement)
