Ah, Sundays. Or, should I say, Saturday nights, as that is when I am writing this post for all y'all dorks & dweebs. As you read this, I am on the road to the Land of Ports, but the discussions wait for no mortal man (or cool friggin mods), and so I have penned this masterpiece the night before. In fact, this is the second time I am writing this post, because I...tried to post it on my backup subreddit, accidentally posted it on the actual subreddit, and then promptly deleted it after some over-achieving dorks replied. Turns out, hitting delete is permanent! Yipee!

Anyhow, I am feeling rather like a Lorde album with all this Melodrama (mind you, I too feel like a prettier Jesus most days), so let's get back on track here. It's Character Discussion #6, take 2. For the squeamish amongst you, avert your eyes (and maybe pick a new game to play tbh), because we're talking Mother of Demons, Tainted edition. While regular Lilith may have been cool letting her babies leave the nest, her Tainted counterpart wants to keep them safe in her uh...mouth...stomach...womb...forever! If, y'know, your definition of safe includes yeeting 'em at anything and everything. A mother's love is a precious thing. You know her, you love her, it's Tainted Lilith!

Tainted Lilith

Health: 1 Red Heart, 2 Black Hearts

Damage: 3.5 * 1

Tears: 0

Shot Speed: 1

Range: 6.5

Speed: 0.85

Luck: 0

Unlock: Use Red Key or Cracked Key on the Home closet as Lilith

Character Attributes: Tainted Lilith takes her regular counterpart's gimmick and dials it up a notch. Er, well, dials it sideways, I guess? Rather than focusing on maximizing your familiars and doubling up on 'em for a DPS boost, Tainted Lilith's Incubus equivalent is Gello, a little demon baby that gets chucked at every enemy in the way. Firing tears throws Gello (with the game's most...memorable, shall we say, sound effect), who then proceeds to fire tears as normal. I would too, honestly, if my mother hurled me at certain death every couple seconds.
