Trinket Discussion

Intros are for absolute suckers, and I refuse to get my lil butt around to writing them until like 3 AM. You'd think moving to the East Coast would aid the schedule, but no. I'm a silly man doing silly man things, and about to fall the frick asleep. This isn't even a Trinket Discussion, we're talkin' Golden Trinkets. That's all I have to say on that matter, now I sleep. Have fun dorks!

Golden Trinkets

• Golden trinkets have their effects multiplied by 2 (stacking to 3x with Mom's Box)

• Once unlocked, any trinket drop has a 2% chance (unaffected by luck and difficulty settings) to spawn as a golden version of itself

• Holding a golden trinket counts as the player holding 2 of normal versions

• Only trinkets that are affected by Mom's Box or can stack with each other are affected by their golden counterparts, others act like normal

• Hardcoded trinket drops (e.g. The Left Hand, Forgotten Lullaby, Perfection) cannot be golden

• Golden trinkets rerolled by D20 will cause the resulting pickup to have the golden effect applied to it (if this is a trinket, it will remain golden, otherwise the pickup will be tinted gold with no additional effect)
