I'm feeling a little bit grounded in reality—and full of real world problems—at present, but I can certainly take a beat from my many obligations for Item Discussion #85. Anyhow, let's get right into things: The Swarm! The Swarm Infest • On pickup, grants 8 orbital flies • Each time a fly blocks a projectile, it will turn into a blue fly • Each time a room is cleared, a new orbital fly is added to the ring Passive Item Pools: Key Master, Item Room, Greed Item Room Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Tainted ???
