My faith grows, but my eyes grow ever-wearier. Hope everybody's Wednesday was wonderful—mine was pretty decent. Did I stay up too late rewatching Succession in preparation for S3 next week? Yes, possibly. Was it worth it? Yes, definitely. And now, Item Discussion #86: Jar of Wisps!

Jar of Wisps

Your faith grows

• Spawns a wisp that orbits Isaac, fires tears, blocks enemy shots, and deals contact damage to enemies (a la Book of Virtues wisps)

• Isaac can have up to 3 rings of wisps; an inner, counter-clockwise spinning ring of 6 wisps, a center, clockwise-spinning ring of 8 wisps, and an outer, counter-clockwise spinning ring of 12 wisps, for a total of 26

• The jar initially spawns only one wisp, but spawns an additional wisp each time the jar is used, up to a maximum of 12 per use

Active Item: 12 Room Charge

Unlock: Defeat The Beast as Bethany
