    I recently bought the original Isaac and played it for 50+ hours before buying Wrath of The Lamb.

    During that whole time I never got to see the "I am error" room when I teleported in any way (I heard you can access it through telepills with a 6.66% chance).

    After buying WoTL, I played normally and got the Teleport in an item room on the third floor. Using it a couple of times I got teleported into an I am error room, which confused me greatly, since it shouldn't be possible, right?

    Well on that exact run I skipped most bosses with that, got atleast one I am error room per floor (even visitted one twice on one floor).

    Is this a thing which got added in Wrath of The Lamb (Eternal Edition) or is my game bugged?
