    My very first Cathedral win on rebirth happened to be a no damage victory! (You can see that holy mantle is still active for proof)

    The Repentance page on steam revealed a LANDSLIDE of new stuff for Isaac, and EVERY detail will be described here! This will be divided into the screenshots seen on the page, and each feature seen on said page. (Note: I have not played Antibirth, however I am aware that a lot of the features are in reference/made by the creators of Antibirth. However, all features will be named as new, and not by their antibirth names).

    Screenshot 1:

    • Ouroboros Worm synergizes with Brimstone now
    • The item bar is now 4 wide instead of 2 wide
    • the Marked item has a line from isaac to the target of Marked
    • Purple Icon below map (looks like a crescent)

    Screenshot 2:

    • A new Eraser active item with a one room charge
    • Some kind of Mold/Plant on the end of the red health
    • Both Parasite and Moms knife synergize with angelic prism (In a pretty fabulous way too)
    • A New Brown Medal item.
    • Isaacs reflection now appears in the water on the flooded basement.

    Screenshot 3:

    • New Floor: Looks like a crypt
    • Krampus head is now a 3 room charge
    • New Brain falling out of head enemy
    • New Spike Rock with red gem on top
    • 3 new items: Note with cross on top, Dream Catcher, Red Bulb Baby.
    • Purple Room on the map

    Screenshot 4:

    • New Minecart Boss, (appears with 3 dummy bosses along side it) [Note, this is the only accessed room on the map, so it could be a unique boss for a unique floor.]
    • New Floor, looks like caves, but more rocky.
    • New Active Item, Power Bracelet (Likely allows Isaac to pick up rocks (and furthermore likely use them as projectiles) , as seen on the screenshot)
    • 2 new items: A Candy Bar, What looks like a studded rock.

    • New Floor, Looks like Flooded Caves, but with brick walls
    • New Obstacle, Bucket (Appears Filled and empty)
    • 2 new enemies: New Mulli enemy, Enemy in a bucket
    • New Item: Blood Bomb
    • Purple Icon Below Map (Looks like crossing arrows)

    Screenshot 6:

    • New Floor: Loos Like a Sewer (With the high lack of items, its possible this is a new 1st floor)
    • New Boss: Large Oily Poo Blob
    • New Item: Looks like Skatole for Dips, Seemingly makes dips of all types friendly.
    • New Enemy: Black Dip

    Screenshot 7:

    • New Boss: Visually looks like a white mouth, with fire in it, surrounded by 4 shining things
    • New Trinket: Golden Lightning like penny (could also be golden fire penny)
    • 2 new items: Bleeding eye with texture similar to brimstone (Red/Black), black mass similar to teratoma
    • new pill: Experimental Pill
    • The Void item re-sprite
    • Purple Icon under Map (XL, likely means curse of the labyrinth)

    Screenshot 8:

    • New Active Item: Butchers Knife, 2 room charge
    • New Enemy: Looks all burnt, spews flaming tears.
    • New Red Button with Skull on it
    • 2 new items: Candle with cross on it, jar with a key lid (possibly an urn)
    • New Trinket: Unlocked Padlock

    Screenshot 9:

    • New Character: Female, Has 4 spirit Fires that shoot projectiles around her, (likely) starts with book that influences active item in some way.
    • New Item: Glowing Book, appears to be open under the current active item.
    • New Collectable item (like keys/bombs), appears to be soul hearts.
    • 2 new enemies: one looks like a skin colour koffing (pokemon), other is a black head with bulbous eyes that spins to attack.

    Bonus Video:

    • New Boss: Looks like a body with 4 on fire flies that attack you.

    If I missed anything, do let me know. I tried not to repeat anything previously mentioned on another screenshot.

    how to successfully defeat ragman on the lost

    i am currently trying to obtain all completion marks on the lost. the only marks im missing are hush, mega satan, delirium, and greedier, but everytime i fight a boss on the first floor its always rag man. i try killing the spiders he spawns first but of course he always ressurects them and it gets to the point where its a litteral bullet hell and i cant dodge all the spiders the rag man spawns. are there even any useful tactics to combat the rag man, and by that i dont mean items you can find (and before you ask, yes i do have the holy mantle unlocked on the lost). plus im not that good at predicting and dodging.
