    Item type: Passive

    Effect: For every new floor you enter, instead of spawning you in the usual spawn room, it will spawn you in the room right outside of the Boss room. This means you can choose if you wanna go explore, or go right to the boss. No matter what, you don't have to spend time and health looking for the boss room anymore

    5 runs later, got back to her again and then quickly died in the womb.

    I've unlocked Azazel , Eve and a few other characters -

    what do you guys recommend I do now? Should I keep trying to grind to beat the full game with Isaac? Try a different character?

    Through some cursory research it seems the challenges yield some good items unlocks but uncertain how hard they are (for example I see that #17 - Waka Waka gives a very good unlock).

    Just want to keep the progression going ! great game, loving it.

    i was doing a "samson" run, my second item was "sacrificial dagger", i got "pause" great isn't?

    well, i wanted to kill "hush", in the "it lives" fight i accidentally used "pause", "oh NO, ok i can buy a battery in the shop of hush floor)"

    My game softlocked during Backasswards...

    Exactly what the title says and I'm hoping to find a solution. I'm on Caves 1 and got Curse of the Maze. Now, whenever I enter the room with the light beam, the beam flashes and then immediately vanishes.

    I've already tried closing out and reopening my game, but I wanted to see if there were any other options besides restarting the challenge (I've been stuck on it for weeks and REALLY don't wanna do that).

    Any help would be appreciated!!

    Side note: I'm playing on a Switch.
