Oof, I haven't been feeling great lately. Maybe it's the fact that the IPCC climate report shows we're all absolutely fricked, or maybe it was the 5th piece of pizza a shoved down. Whatever it is, all I know is something isn't quite sitting right in my stomach. But hey, all in your average Monday, eh? As, of course, is a return to Item Discussions after the long weekend stretch. Today I cooked something up special for all y'all, a real tre—oh, no, that explains it, it's IB-freakin-S.

I'd crack a joke about how crappy this thing is, but it really is a pain in the ass for those that are stuck with it it. If you felt like your time as the turd-tosser didn't quite cut it, Tainted ???'s gimmick is here, in item form. And it's randomized! Hope you like blowing a new hole in your head—take it from me, it's better than blowing out the one you've got (sorry, that was beneath me). It's IBS, baby!

• Whenever Isaac deals damage to an enemy, IBS may spawn one of Tainted ???'s unique poops

• These can be any of the available poops, including non-throwable ones, for a total of 12 possible spawns (normal, corn, flaming, noxious, black, holy, stone, bomb, fart, explosive diarrhea, creep)
