Everyday, is so tiring...and suddenly...it's time to post. I am mere moments from being in a deep slumber, and my throat is absolutely shot. My little baby voice does have the capacity to speak 24 hours a day, dang it. Luckily, Isaac is no wimp—it's Item Discussion #58, and we're talking Larynx 🕶

Item Effect

• On use, Isaac shouts, damaging and pushing away nearby enemies

• The item can be used when not fully charged, but deals more damage and has increased range the more charges it has when used

• The damage the shout deals is 20 + 28 per charge used, and deals extra ticks of damage to enemies that are close enough (2.5 + 3.5 * Charges), ticking up to half the charges used (rounded up)

• The range of the extra ticks also varies depending on the charges used: enemies that are closer to Isaac will receive more ticks of damage

• The shout is able to destroy Poops and Fireplaces and open Bombable doors (including Bedroom and Secret Room doors)

• Larynx gains 1 charge whenever Isaac takes damage in addition to charging each room
